Here and Now

The past few months have been such a surreal experience for me. Days seem to take weeks to unfold, yet weeks go by in the blink of an eye. There are days when I feel completely equipped to handle whatever, and other days, not so much. It takes conscious deliberate work to maintain my equilibrium. Minding my own spiritual business and staying in my lane requires a focus that I don’t always have. I can experience every human emotion imaginable within a 24-hour period, and I’ve needed someone to know it; someone to witness and regard me to lessen the possibility that I might somehow disappear into thin air. I realize that reaching out is a form of self-care. Us-care is a part of self-care. I ask myself, ‘Am I reachable?’ Yes, I am. And I endeavor to contribute something of value to every whole of which I am a deliberate part. In order to do that, I have to have some anchoring sense of my personal wellbeing going on. It is from this place I can give my best. 

 

We are standing at a pivotal point of unknown possibility, transformational opportunities, and unfathomable potential. This global shift may look bleak at this moment, yet it is just a moment. Let’s take this moment by moment to care for ourselves, our loved ones, and our neighbors. Simultaneously, we are energetically getting ready for a shift. This is the time to learn how to be well and empowered as your life unfolds.
